Many entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches, healers, and others who lead, guide, teach, facilitate, and serve others are having to up-level ourselves form the inside-out to be there in fully for those we serve - not only what we do, but in who we have to become, in order to carry out our calling in the new, emerging paradigm.
I stated noticing the need for more consistent support during these wilder times with some clients. That is why I am offering this new coaching program structure - for more consistent support for both inner and outer shifts you may be navigating.
This program offers you the best of both worlds! You get the benefit of personalized attention and customization in the coaching sessions, and the benefits of group support and co-creation in the group sessions.
Why do this with a group?
Being a leader, solopreneur, or helper can feel isolating at times. A group program can amplify what you create, and expand what you can receive. The workshops and masterminds are allow for deep bonding while co-creating. The whole is greater the sum of the parts in any emergence process, and the group dynamics provide a vibrant space for your next-level growth, with safe risk-taking.
The group sessions allow a supportive place to grow and evolve, refine your ideas and offerings, and go beyond your comfort zone. You also have the group field, energy, and brainpower working for you! By working your emergence process with others in a facilitated group, you can discover clarity and take action on what's next in a highly creative and generative environment.
What is included in the 3-month package? Over the 3 months, you’ll receive a rich blend of personalized and a variety of group experiences to catalyze your next chapter:
- 3 Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions - 1 per month, 50 minutes each
- 6 Group Masterminds - 2 per month, 90 min. each - part workshop, part coaching, part co-creative mastermind
- 3 Recorded Imagination Journeys -30 minutes each - to connect with your inner guidance
- Momentum Boost Calls - 15 minute phone check-ins – for extra support as needed
What if you miss a group event? No worries. All of the Masterminds, Workshops, and Imagination Journeys are recorded for you to watch anytime.

What if I only want more 1:1 coaching?
If you are in the program, you can add in extra 1:1 coaching sessions during or after the initial 3 months for a significantly reduced rate.
If not in the program, you can choose any individual coaching package.
We work with an actual facilitation/design project you have, and we customize the design based on who YOU are and the objectives of the workshop or event. You can already have most of it it designed or none of it designed. I'll meet you where you are. These can be stand-alone sessions, or done as a 3-month customized package. I also offer public Creative Facilitation workshops, and the Pattern Breaks Creative Facilitation Certification Program.
