Creative Emergence Coaching is for those who are ready to birth something new and next in your lives. I am the "midwife" who will help you birth it and create it out into the world...even if you are still unsure about what "it" is.
We use whole-brain, whole-body, whole-self creative processes and practices to bypass the conscious "editor" (and habitual thinking) and bring you deeper into your full-on ceative self, where next-level insights, answers, and pathways emerge.

We focus on both your "inner landscape" (ways of being) and your outer expression (ways of doing) to:
- Discover, Design, and Develop What’s Next in Your Work, Cause, or Mission
- Structure Your Signature Work, Style, or Approach
- Create new and unique directions, services, products, workshops, programs, and models
- Strengthen your inner compass, become intentionally directed, and produce something meaningful...and tangible.
- Activate your creative imagination
- Embody your inner authority and creative empowement
- Align your ideas, language, and offerings to be coherent and resonant with who you really are and those you serve
- Learn to partner with the unknown and your creative self for a lifetime support, long after the coaching is complete
Integrative Creative Approach
In the sessions, I use my creative emergence process with an integration of: storytelling, improv, expressive arts, imagination, movement, body-centered practices, reflection tools, intuitive methods, ritual, depth psychology/archetypes, mythology, creative energy, generative re-framing, and other creative thinking, healing, and aspirational approaches. This process integrates left and right brain, logic and intuition, heart and head, mind and body, being and doing, masculine and feminine approaches, and structure and flow.
I have developed many original approaches over the years, including the Creative Source Painting Process©, Creative Emergence Cards©, and the Emergence Box© among others to use with my clients to accelerate their creative unfolding, and help them develop their own. Originality is one of my core drives and values, and it's my passion to support you in developing your own one-of-a-kind offerings based on who you are and who you serve.
I believe most ORs are actually ANDs-in-waiting at the next level of creativity, and my appraches are based in moving from either/or (i.e., either make money or do what you enjoy) to both/and (make money doing what you enjoy). It's about living into a larger, affirming new framework that can hold the multi-dimensionality of being human in this world.
In this process, you'll learn to trust your "creative source" – the creative, animating, life-generating, alive part of you – which leads you to becoming self-directed and more creatively empowered, and in touch with your unique, wise creative self.
Who is this for?
- Entrepreneurs who want to develop your signature approach, products, and services or a purposeful business
- Visionaries with various interests and talents who want to discover and develop your "core offering"
- Leaders who want to draw out and focus the creativity and ingenuity of your team - and yourself
- Facilitators and Coaches who want to bring out your own creativity and your participants/client's creativity
And those who:
- Want to create what's next with purpose
- Feel lost or like a deer in the headlights - not quite sure what to do next
- Have a sense about what you'd like to do, and need it fleshed out and crafted
- Want to do something that matters to you, and feels right and purposeful
- Feel inner blocks or fears around what you want to do
- Want to re-fuel, re-charge, re-new, and re-connect to your apiration, inspiration, imagination, and resilience
- Want to carry out your work in a way that truly expresses you
- Seek a more peaceful inner creative sanctuary
- Want to move beyond self-imposed limitations about what’s possible, and about who you are as a creator
- Want to move forward authentically with confidence
- Want to cultivate and apply your unique set of gifts, skills, talents in you rwork or life
I work with my clients at the intersection of the known and the unknown
Holistically generative Work
Part of my own unique signature approach is the Holistically Generative Work© Model I developed years ago. It forms the basis for my coaching - supporting my clients in designing and creating work that is generative in all 4 domains:
- Creatively - expresses your unique creativity, passion, and aliveness
- Soulfully - is purposeful and meaningful to you and those you serve
- Financially - you make money doing it
- Humanely - serves others and the greater good
Your Unique Calling
When we feel connected to what's ours to do - what we are uniquely designed to do - it acts like a compass, even in a storm or fog. I work with clients in the inner circle of what you're designed to do: from discovering it, to cultivating it, to creatively expressing it in the world - with business bottom-line results. When we connect to a strong sense of purpose, new and unexpected options and opportunities arise.
By working on releasing what no longer serves, creating new foundations, and expanding what's most generative, the external expression of our work and purpose change. We're better able to stay on track in challenging times.
